hi rupali

Thanks for posting these wonderful recipes. You seem to be a great cook. The tips that you give with the recipes are excellent. I would like to ask you in your recipe for Indian Cake (britannia)you mentioned adding custard powder. What brand of custard powder do you use or is it ok to use any sort of custard powder.I am in hong kong and we get a brand-BIRDS EYE. Do you think its ok to use it?

THANKS A LOT
I WILL TRY YOUR RECIPES AND i AM VERY HOPEFUL THAT THEY ARE GOING TO COME OUT FABULOUS. I WILL POST AGAIN AFTER TRYING. THANKS
INDIE
