Being a fan of Paneer i keep on searching paneer recipe from here n there. This time when i went to india i bought some Sanjeev Kapoor CookBooks from there i got this recipe of Dum Panner Kali Mirch!.Though the Chef suggests cooking this dish in a small earthen pot, I tried making it on gas range itself and it turned out really good.

So here goes the recipe
